[Samba] template homedir and idmap_ad

What version of Samba do you use? And how have you set "winbind nss
info" parameter.

In recently Samba3, this parameter determines if "template homedir"
parameter is used or not. idmap_ad module determines where the UID and
GID are retrieved.
