[Samba] How to build samba-wibind-3.6.3 RPM

I'm trying to make RPM packages so I can deploy Samba 3.6.3 in our RHEL environment without having to compile on every server.  I have made the RPM files (not tested yet but they built!) but I noticed there is no samba-winbind RPM.  Am I missing something?  I built the packages using /packaging/RHEL/makerpms.sh
