Try Volker's aio_fork module. It only really helps
if you have lots of capacity for servicing multiple
read io requests and a client that sends them though.

Chicken :-). Ira (now on the Samba Team) runs his production
stream on the *MASTER* git branch....
But he's crazy :-).
