Ok let me rephrase to be 100% sure I got your points ok.

* In windows with ADUC it's ok to create the user in the Windows DC or 
in the Samba4 DC
* Replication from Samba to Windows for a new user is ok
* Replication from Windows to Samba for a new user (or changed) is ok

If so it means that the root partition is replicated correctly from 
Windows to Samba and vice versa.

Are you using sites ? if so is samba 4 and windows in the same site ?

Is it a domain with production data, users or password if not we will 
need a network capture when windows is replicating from Samba and Samba 
is replicating from Windows (best is to create a new user in each case 
to trigger the replication.
It's mandatory to start the capture before windows or samba starts so 
that we have all the needed bits in the capture.

domain, please do it if *ONLY* you are ok with someone else having your
