[Samba] Samba blocks access to files opened by another user (3.6.6 bug?)

I've updated a Samba instalation from 3.4 to 3.6.6. After the update, I'm
with a great problem.

The information is at bug report
https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9051 , but I need some direction
to know what to do now, because the installation is used at production
environment. Somebody here can help me?

Aditionally, lsattr do now give me special attributes and set "oplocks =
False" and "level2 oplocks = False" at shares do not solved the problem.
