[Samba] Samba 4 will not start after new checkout

Hi
I couldn't get any bind to work for Ubuntu on previous checkouts except 
9.9.0b1
Have modified source4/dns_server/dlz_minimal.h
Is bind the prob? If so how do I use the internal bind?
