unfortunately your patch did not solve the problem.
I found a second appearance of posixAccount and posixGroup in idmap.c
and removed it
and after that it works

Here the diff:

I have no knowledge in "c" and no  idea of the logic of the code, so
just take that as feedback and not
as a solution.
