[Samba] windows 8 jointo samba 3 domain

Samba 3 emulates an NT4-type domain. So the NETBIOS version of the 
domain name (XXXXXX)  is correct. The DNS name is would only be for an 
Active Directory type domain (Windows 200x or Samba 4 servers.)
