[Samba] samba3upgrade fail + leaking memory

Hello

smbd -V give me : 4.0beta7-GIT-a817959,
uname -a give : Linux 3.2.0-2-686-pae #1 SMP
cat /etc/issue give  : Debian GNU Linux wheezy/sid

"configure.developper  --with-lapd --enable-debug", "make" and "make 
install" are all ok. But the following command :

/usr/local/samba/bin/samba-tool domain samba3upgrade  
--dbdir=/root/samba3/samba/  --use-xattrs=yes --realm=sc.isc84.org 
/root/samba3/etc/smb.conf

give :

 >no talloc stack frame at ../source3/param/loadparm.c:2787, leaking memory
 >PANIC: No talloc stackframe
 >abandon

Any idea ?
