[Samba] Cannot create new GPO

Hello! 

I'm experiencing a problem with creating New GPOs, whenever I try to create a new GPO I get the error "File not found", I can Edit old GPOs just fine. 

The problem I'm experiencing is similiar to this bug report: https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7544 

The last time I was able to create new GPOs was when we were running Alpha 17, we are now running Beta 4. 

Any help pointing us in the right direction would be highly appreciated !
