[Samba] Disabling 8 dot 3 semantics on NAS

Hi,



We need to disable 8 dot 3 semantics support on a NAS that uses SAMBA.



We need the following behavior:



echo "This is a test file" > 123456789.tmp
type 123456~1.TMP
The system cannot find the file specified.







Please advice.
