[Samba] USB Drive Permissions?

Okay, it looks like things are working now.
I have the following fstab entry for the drive I'm trying to share:

# <file system> <mount point> <type> <options> <dump> <pass>
UUID=349E7C109E7BC8BE /media/Personal1 ntfs-3g users,noexec,nosuid,nodev 0 0

It appears that I can just force the filesystem to ntfs-3g and go from  
there ie fuseblk is for local users who want to mount the drive.
I am still dealing with the locking issue, though. Working on it...
