[Samba] XP not obeying Samba file perms

The files aren't locked as I can modify them Photoshop?  It's only the "Rotate" shell extension that won't work until _after_ Photoshop has opened and re-written the file.  However, I do suspect a locking related problem...

Do a smbstatus on the server when the problem happens. The files could
be locked.
