[Samba] Samba PDC adding new user, profile dir is not created

this is all set.

if i add my users manually (adduser, make profile dir), it works.

i also set the permissions to the regarding testuser user profile dir.

drwx------  2 tester        root    4096 Mar 16 14:41 tester
