Are these commands help you?

# net groupmap add NTgroup='Administrators' UNIXgroup=admins sid='S-1-5-32-544'
# net groupmap add NTgroup='Users' UNIXgroup=users sid='S-1-5-32-545'

group "admins" and "users" must be created before running these commands.
