[Samba] Debian Lenny 5.04 and DMS in Windows 2000 Native Domain +Forest with Samba 3.2.5

So any thoughts on this?  As mentioned before, verbose logging gives me 
an I/O error (5).  I am not sure what is going wrong here.  I feel like 
maybe I do not understand SMB in a domain environment.
