[Samba] Creating users batch mode sooooo slow

Hi! I have a Samba as PDC now I need to add my users. The problem is that I have 3500 users. I have a script using smbldap-adduser but it takes 6 hours to create all users. I read the file and one by one I create the user.There is any way to be faster ?
2-) If I want to delete the users I need to do this one user at time ?
