yes, they can't be shared.  you still roam by making a {username}.v2
folder for the win7 profile for each user.
You'll also want to use folder redirection for everything you can so
that the 2 OS's can share the same desktop and mydocs and such.  You
will likely have to set the redirection in both xp and w7 separately.
