[Samba] Unable to connect to CUPS server localhost:631 - Connection refused

CUPS is chosen as printing system if Samba was compiled with --enable-cups
and detects CUPS.

To avoid these CUPS messages,
set:

  printing = bsd

and

  touch /etc/printcap (if you do not have /etc/printcap file).
