Google "Test:More centos" and first answer is 
  http://pkgs.org/package/perl%28Test::More%29
Then you find it seems to be in perl-Test-Simple.
  # rpm -qpl perl-Test-Simple-0.92-115.el6.x86_64.rpm 
  ...
  /usr/share/man/man3/Test::More.3pm.gz
  ...
  /usr/share/perl5/Test/More.pm
  ...
