Yes wins server is actived on linux samba pdc

On the windows 7 client
1°) netbios over tcpip is actived.
2°) DHCP server is set correctly

4°) I can do ==>>  net use v: \\linux-srv\Publique

5erveur : linux-srv (192.168.130.100)
Serveur wins : linux-srv (192.168.130.100)

from a linux client :
qosmio:~ # nmblookup -U 192.168.130.100 -R -S linux-srv
querying linux-srv on 192.168.130.100
192.168.130.100 linux-srv<00>
Looking up status of 192.168.130.100
        LINUX-SRV       <00> -         B <ACTIVE>

        WORKGROUP       <1e> - <GROUP> B <ACTIVE>
        WORKGROUP       <00> - <GROUP> B <ACTIVE>

qosmio-jc:~ # nmblookup -S linux-srv
querying linux-srv on 192.168.130.255
192.168.130.100 linux-srv<00>
