Daniel - thank you for taking the time to read my message. I turned on WINS
support as some posts suggested that that might help with some of the
problems I was seeing. However, you're right, that I shouldn't need that at
all in an AD environment. When you say "trusted machine" do you mean the
"Trust this computer for delegation" setting? If so, what setting should I
use, i.e. Kerberos only or something else?

I am not an AD admin and have to request changes be made to accounts as I
have only limited rights in the campus-wide AD.
