You have:

"map hidden (S)

           This controls whether DOS style hidden files should be mapped to
           the UNIX world execute bit."

set, on a filesystem on which you have mounted "noexec".

Can you see the problem here ? :-).

You need to add "store dos attributes = yes"
to store the DOS attribute bits into extended attributes.
