Ok problem 2 is solved, made a typo in disabling the unix extentions.

this works.
(in global)
unix extentions = no

[homes]
        comment = Prive documenten van %U
        read only = No
        create mask = 0644
        directory mask = 0775
        browseable = Yes
        wide links = yes
        follow symlinks = yes
        vfs object = recycle
        recycle: config-files = /etc/samba/samba-recycle.conf

Can someone maybe clarify what other effects setting unix extensions to no
could have?

for this tip, thank you TAKAHASHI Motonobu.

Best regards,

Louis
