In howto4.txt, the "Step 2bis: recompile Samba4" section says to run:

  $ cd samba4/source
  $ make clean
  $ ./autogen.sh
  $ ./configure
  $ make idl_full
  $ make

Is the "make idl_full" really necessary? Also, with waf is the make
clean still necessary?
