[Samba] Ubuntu Server can't see XP desktop share

Try as I might I can't get

fstab has this in it...

         //Q660/sback /mnt/sback smbfs 
iocharset=utf8,credentials=/home/rsyncuser/.smbcredentials,dirmode=0775,gid=0     
0      0

smbtree returns this...

nsswitch.conf has this in it...

passwd:         compat

testparm output is...

Load smb config files from /etc/samba/smb.conf
rlimit_max: rlimit_max (1024) below minimum Windows limit (16384)
Processing section "[printers]"
Processing section "[print$]"
Processing section "[homes]"
Processing section "[public]"
Loaded services file OK.
Server role: ROLE_STANDALONE

winbind is installed

So... any ideas n how I can get the server to see the shared folder on 
the PC?
