[Samba] winbind - wbinfo problem

Does /etc/nsswitch.conf hold winbind?
Something like this:
passwd:  compat winbind                                                                                                        
group:   compat winbind                                                                                                        

Also, 
your config doesn't show:
  winbind separator = +

your config doesn't have a fully qualified "password server" hostname.
