[Samba] Failed login with some of the accounts

I'm not using LDAP. I'm using tdbsam instead.
I checked "pdbedit -Lv" for both old users and new ones.
They all have the same Primary Group  SID.
And only the last 4 digits of User SIDs are different.

Any suggestion?
