Unfortunately that rsync source at samba.org seems out of
date. I've CC'ed Ronnie Sahlberg, maybe he knows what is
wrong there. Probably the easiest for you is to grab the
current source RPM from
http://ctdb.samba.org/packages/redhat/RHEL5/ and extract the
source tar.gz from that. That should have the current
sources.
