[Samba] group permissions broken after upgrade 3.2.5 -> 3.4.8:deleting of files denied

Thanks for your answer, but as I wrote: The FS is mounted with no
posix acls. And it worked fine before the upgrade. And writing to
that (example) dir works, just deleting files does not
(deleting directories works too!)
