[Samba] Lock problem with 2 files opened in the same folder

Guys,

I am getting lock error box in Officer 2007 and windows 7. It shows
the somebody is using this file, but I am sure that is not.

That problem always happens when open 2 files in the same folder.

Take a look my lock configuration:

Somebody told me that the problem is oplocks and I disabled it. But
don't works for me. Can you please help me?
