Yes, that's part of the point of Samba 4 :)  Samba 4 Alpha 14 should
be released in a few days, so perhaps wait for that.  If you want to
try it right now, just follow the Samba 4 HOWTO, but do not do the
provision part.  Instead follow the "Join a domain as a DC"
instructions:

One thing to bear in mind, though, is that Samba 3 is probably the
better choice for file and printer sharing.
