[Samba] Print drivers causing GPF (was: Help! Driver issue?)

Try installing the printer under Windows and then changing the driver to
the official Xerox PS one.  If that works (and it still prints via
Samba) then Xerox are right, the driver hasn't been fully copied on to
the Samba server.
