[Samba] Problem with net rpc .

Hi guys ...
I have samba Version 3.0.33-3.7.el5_3.1 integrated with Openldap I have
trying run the command *net rpc join -U root , * but show message
Creation of workstation account failedUnable to join domain TEST.COM.
The content my /var/log/messages
