[Samba] Logins and Access

Our logins and shares access started to be very slow few day ago (PDC). My samba 
server had worked very well for 120 days.

I haven't changed anything on server's smb.conf, only I've added some shares and 
login users.

Today we have 530 users, 274 groups and 83 shares.

I have samba-3.0.33-3.7.el5, openldap-2.4.11-2.1.el5, nss_ldap-253-12.el5
My OS: rhel 5.2 x86_64 (kernel 2.6.18-92.el5 SMP)


Should I adjust "socket options" setting to a new one ? (today is the default)
Should I adjust "name resolve order" setting to a new one ? (today is "wins 
lmhosts bcast")

Could this nmbd.log be a problem ?:
tdb(unnamed): tdb_open_ex: /var/cache/samba/unexpected.tdb (2050,1309269) is 
already open in this process
(repetead many times)

Could this smbd.log be a problem ?:
getpeername failed. Error was Transport endpoint is not connected
(repetead many times)

I've always had these kind of logs and everything works well.
