Hi John,
From the man page:
Default: idmap backend = tdb
I also have a "man idmap_tdb", but it says nothing
about manually creating a database.
What is the relationship with "idmap" and
"ERROR: Initialization failed for alloc backend, deferred!"?
What am I missing?
