[Samba] fill_share_mode_lock failed

Hallo,
the subject says everything
the error is comming every now and then.
the system is a ubuntu server intrepid
the samba server uses ldap
version is 3.2.3
mounted with:
/dev/sde1 on /home type ext3 (rw,relatime,acl)
the clients windows xp prof (SP3)
