[Samba] Samba 3.3.1 - configure bug?

Is it just me?

The configure script for 3.3.1 has (line 75280 et.ff.):

AFAICT this forces the use of sendfile support.  Even though there is a a command line option to 
turn it off.

I can confirm that you need to comment out this line for the --with-sendfile-support=no command line 
option to work.
