[Samba] slow throughput on 1gbit lan

Unfortunately I can't join 3.3.1 to ADS because this server is in DMZ and
net ads join -I 192.168.1.3 doesn't work for me in 3.3.1 (in 3.0.28 it went
fine). Anyway it is not the case, transfer between 3.3.1 and windows 2003
(with tcpwindowsize=65535) is the same (around 60mb/s) - half of 1gbit which
is fully saturated on FTP transfers from the same server...
