If the wbinfo -t fails, then the host is not joined to the domain.

I am not familiar with webmin.

Login to the shell as root, and run the below command and post the
output. Substitute accordingly.

net join -d 2 -w <DOMAIN> -S <FQDN of DC> -U <Domain Admin Level User>
