[Samba] login.bat has error?

I have configure all of them.But you remind me hash of
smbldap_bind.conf, i input clear text password.May i input hash of my
password?
smbldap-useradd -w workstation can't run.and gives me error:

Error: modifications require authentication
at /usr/share/perl5/smbldap_tools.pm line 1083.
