[Samba] samba freezes the server

Hi List...
just saw, i still have quite some errors of this kind:

error packet at smbd/nttrans.c(532) cmd=162 (SMBntcreateX)
NT_STATUS_SHARING_VIOLATION

Is this a severe problem?
Do i have to be frightened, that the server will freeze again on monday,
when the workers return?
