[Samba] Opening "Printers and Faxes" crashes explorer.exe on Vista x64

samba 3.0.2 is real old.   I'm sure Vista wasn't even available for them 
to test back then, let alone 64bit.  AFAIK the 3.0 series is 
discontinued now.  You'll need to upgrade to support Vista.
