[Samba] domain printer issues

Just a quick remark: This is acked, Günther Deschner is
working on this very intensively. You might watch him
putting in reproducing tests and fixes by looking at the git
log, available on

It is just that the fixes are not available as quickly as
you would like. One explanation might be that right now much
paid development goes into Active Directory and clustered
file servers, print support is mostly a hobby thing by
individuals right now.
