Fix the following lines.
> hosts allow = 127. 192.77.0.
> interfaces = 127.0.0.1/8 192.168.77.0/24
> bind interfaces only = yes
> remote announce = 192.168.77.255
> remote browse sync = 192.168.77.255

I doubt your windows clients have ip addresses of 192.77.0.X

where X = (1 to 254)

I would just delete the hosts allow line since it is redundant with
the interfaces line.
