I followed your advice.
Downloaded usrmgr.msi from M$ site. Installed.
Launching usrmgr.exe I get a list of users and groups in my domain. I
select Policies -> User rights, but it gives me an error
" A device attached to the system is not functioning"
What could be a problem?
