[Samba] Strange SMB Log Entries on Server

I have a file server running Samba v3.0.33 on RHEL 5.3 & am running to
the following entries in my /var/log/messages:

I am confused as to what the following logs mean...

Does anyone know why I am seeing this flood my logs on my server?
