[Samba] Question about BUILTIN\Administrators and BUILTIN\Users nested groups in 3.3.3

I checked the master branch and the code looks like I remembered
it so I believe that they should be populated automatically iff

(a) you are a domain member or a DC, and
(b) you have winbindd running and have 'winbind nested groups = yes'
