A "root preexec" script tied to the netlogon share should do the trick.
You may search for other smbd processes belonging to the same userid, and 
either return a nonzero value which will stop opening the netlogon share,
or use the info to kill the previous smbd - but that may have your user lose 
or corrupt open files.
Your support staff will not like either of that - often enough there are 
hanging smbd processes when a client suddenly crashed or the logoff event 
went unnoticed to the samba server due to whatever reasons, and your users 
won't be able to logon for a long time.
