Hi All,
I'm trying to understand an access denied issue for some users. I'm using Solaris 10 with samba 3.0.28 and zfs acls.
In the log files (log level = 10) I can see that acls seems not to be the pb :
se_access_check: ACE 0: type 0, flags = 0x03, SID = S-1-5-21-1339163559-3200565777-983633535-1168 mask = 10067, current desired = 2
[2009/04/01 15:37:55, 5] lib/util_seaccess.c:(308)
se_access_check: access (2) granted.
But after that, i can found :
[2009/04/01 15:37:56, 10] smbd/mangle_hash2.c:(215)
is_mangled_component * (len 1) ?
[2009/04/01 15:37:56, 5] smbd/trans2.c:(1769)
dir=MyDireectory, mask = *
[2009/04/01 15:37:56, 5] smbd/dir.c:(392)
dptr_create dir=MyDireectory
[2009/04/01 15:37:56, 5] smbd/dir.c:(1079)
OpenDir: Can't open MyDireectory. Permission denied
[2009/04/01 15:37:56, 3] smbd/error.c:(106)
error packet at smbd/trans2.c(1833) cmd=50 (SMBtrans2) NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED
The strange thing is that it works for most people.
If someone already experienced an issue like that ....
Thanks
